Welcome to Home Yoga — A large, open studio that feels like home (the relaxed, super chill kind).
Classes are intentionally intimate so everyone has room to move. We keep things non-heated and let the space do its thing... honest, un-fussy, and focused on real practice. There are no mirrors here to distract or invite comparison; we come to the mat to practice, not perform.
Look east and you’ll find a portrait of Ganesha, a quiet nod to our deep yogic roots and the spirit of lila, the playful dance at the heart of practice. You’ll also notice the crowd: sandy-footed surfers and Lulu Lemon yoga moms side-by-side. Our studio is democratic by design: rooted in tradition but never dogmatic or exclusionary.
Enter like you walking into your childhood bestie's house aka via the backdoor, which is kind of our front door, well literally our front door. We have a huge parking lot behind the studio, so pull in, park, and stroll through the back entrance like you belong (because you do). It makes coming to class easy, relaxed. Sandy feet, and ocean wet hair always welcome.
The space itself was built with elbow grease and intention by two founders: an Art History prof and an English prof, who made this place with their own two hands. If you spot charming imperfections, consider them handcrafted character.
Pull out your mat. Stay a while. Practice seriously. Play fully.
