Vinyasa Flow is a form of “Yoga Asana” where we find a rhythm and smoothness to our practice of postures (Asana). We seamlessly move through poses in a flowing fashion, making our practice both a dance and a meditation.
Movement level: 2-4
Much like Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow takes the idea of moving through our postures in a measured, rhythmic, and smooth way; we tend to take less intense postures while experiencing the postures deeply, patiently, and purely.

Advance Wall Flow
Ever hear the 80’s song “Balls to the Wall” by Accept? For you of the Millennial generation, think about the White Stripes’ “Hotel Yorba.” That’s this class. You will take some advanced postures that will challenge every level of practitioner. Don’t be afraid; just be ready for a joyous challenge.

Gentle Wall Flow
A wall class is just that, a class that uses the best prop ever: the wall! This class takes advantage of our ample wall space and creates a sequence that uses the wall to support, hold, and comfort the practitioner. Using the wall, yogis can deepen their stretches and find a renewed sense of relaxation not found in traditional flow classes. This is not a Yin class; it can be quite challenging, but in the best of all possible ways.
